Service Terms

Najib Auto Repair Garage provides automotive repair and maintenance services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

• Service Authorization: By requesting our services, you authorize us to perform the agreed-upon repairs and maintenance.
• Cost Estimates: We provide cost estimates before beginning work. However, additional costs may arise if unforeseen issues are discovered during the repair process. We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated cost.
• Parts and Materials: We use quality parts and materials for all repairs. Unless otherwise specified, we may use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, aftermarket parts, or reconditioned parts as appropriate.
• Service Warranty: Our services come with a warranty as specified at the time of service. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

For certain services, we may require a deposit before beginning work. The deposit amount will be specified in the service agreement.

Late payments may incur additional fees. Vehicles may be held until payment is received in full.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We schedule appointments based on availability and the estimated time required for the service. We strive to complete all services within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

Vehicle Storage

We provide temporary storage for vehicles undergoing repair. However, we are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before leaving your vehicle with us.

Vehicles left at our facility for more than 30 days after service completion without prior arrangement may incur storage fees. Vehicles abandoned for more than 90 days may be subject to lien sale procedures in accordance with local laws.

Limitation of Liability

Najib Auto Repair Garage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all liabilities, including those arising from breach of contract, warranty, tort, or any other legal theory.

Website Use

Our website is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be secure or error-free.

You may not use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or services obtained from our website.
